A Liverpool creamware pitcher printed in black with the Arms of the United States, the eagle displayed with a striped shield and supporting a ribbon inscribed E Pluribus Unum. The transfer is titled “Arms of the United States,” with the inscription below reading “May success attend our Agriculture, Trade and Manufactures,” a patriotic sentiment reflecting the commercial and civic aspirations of the early American republic.
 
The transfer reproduces elements derived from the Great Seal of the United States, formally adopted by Congress in 1782. The eagle bearing the shield signifies the protection of the nation, while the olive branch and arrows represent the balance of peace and defense. Above, a constellation of stars symbolizes the union of the states, accompanied by the national motto E Pluribus Unum, expressing the creation of a single republic from many.
 
Condition: Excellent, with a short hairline near the spout. No restoration.
